Toke my new 2025 gmc 2500 in for def gage not reading full when it’s full but the day it’s working but still one line from full and the truck shakes but they couldn’t fill that but as soon as I get in and drive away and stop it’s starts to shake and the radio isn’t very loud in it and the guy who worked on it was playing around with my amp to my sub I put in it when that had nothing to do with the volume of the radio that doesn’t go very loud from the day I got it and it having a hard shift every now and then the couldn’t find either and the passenger side mirror making noise and not having a radio antenna but other than that and they had my truck for like five days and only put ten miles on it and they also tell me the fuel I use is normal when I only get like 15 miles per gallon on highway my old diesel truck got 20 miles per gallon on highway

This was our first time visiting the dealer, however we did review an on-line sale and a hold deposit was done on a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLT Crewcab 4x4. Easy auto buying experience.

I would have liked to know about the small imperfections on the truck before I came to look at the truck. Small dent in cab corner hard tonneau cover had some dimples and 2 stone chips on the hood. I can live with but they neglected to mention them. I did see the cab corner but didn’t see the others,my mistake.

Came in with a number in mind. Anthony did what he could to get as close as possible. Car was clean and ready to go for me. Its a time consuming process but it went pretty smoothly. I showed up on a cold wet nasty day, when you pull onto the lot you pull right inside your never out in the weather. The people at the service desk are very friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room with coffee and tea. On the television screen they have your name and as they are servicing your car it shows on the tv where you stand. I was there for an hour for oil change tire rotation and 5000 mile checkup which was great.

My experience was a good one , I was notified as soon as the dealership received my part and a appointment was made promptly to replace it, if I had to say anything negative it would have been that the inner fender was not completely reinstalled but the one little spot I just slipped back into position. Fast Professional Service

I gotta say that this was the best car leasing experience I've ever had. My salesman Ryan was straight up and honest throughout the purchase. When we couldn't reach a deal my first visit, he didn't give up. I never felt like they were giving me the run around like other dealerships have. If you shop here, ask for him! The sales manager, Brandon, contacted me and made the deal work a couple days later and let Ryan finish the sale. His exact words were "I'm not going to lose a customer over a couple hundred dollars" Their price beat every other dealership in the area. I know because the dealership in Boardman tried to pull a fast one. Boardman had a similar deal but the truck was sold while we were talking and they tried getting me into one that had more miles for the same price. Also want to thank Justin for the paperwork side of the deal. It was super quick and easy! Shop here for your next GMC. I'm glad I did!

I was never actually given a sales agreement to review. The sales person kept printing papers out and putting them in a folder but never actually reviewed the terms with me. The second sales person came to talk to me without a sales agreement to show how the deal was changing with the addition of a warranty addition. The situation then quickly changed from getting a sales agreement to review to how much the warranty was adding and the terms of the warranty. Then to terms on financing. It was a lot of numbers after i asked for a sales agreement to review as i had planned on my own financing but when i got offered a better rate l let them show me those numbers. At the end of the day i bought the truck but was not sure of what exactly i had in my trade and i should have stopped. I did not understand what the dealer cost were for paperwork. That was gone over early in the process with the second salesman but again blown through on a very small tablet that was small print. I could not tell you what all was changed in terms from the time i entered the deal to the time i left. I feel it was a poor experience i would not recommend them. I felt good going in but the process of what i was being offered for my trade was never clear and my request for a dealer bill of sale was never handed to me to review and i feel the second sales person for fiancing and warranty was sent on purpose to keep creating confusion and distance from giving me a bill of sale. Yes, in Ohio, a dealership is required to provide a written agreement or contract for the sale of a motor vehicle, which serves as the formal bill of sale. According to the Ohio Revised Code Section 4517.26, this document must be signed by both the buyer and seller, and it must clearly detail the vehicle identification number (VIN), mileage, sale price, trade-in amount, and finance charges. Key Details Regarding Ohio Dealer Documentation: Written Contract Required: Every retail and wholesale sale must be preceded by a written agreement, note Ohio Laws (.gov). Written agreement was never given nor signed by me. They had me sign a piece of paper to sign my title over. That and one other paper was signed by me for something but not a dealer bill of sale. I realized after i was never actually given any paperwork at all. Just the temporary tag on the vehicle. I feel like it was underhanded and shady and i am ashamed to say i fell for it in the end. I went in confident and some how got twisted on the trade and terms.

The entire experience was great, from the beginning when I inquired about the vehicle, Pop was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even helped my husband surprise me by putting a big red bow on the car when we picked it up on Valentine’s Day. He also reached out after to make sure everything was good with the car and to answer any additional questions if I had them.

Yesterday I went to the dealership for an oil change and my driver side rear tail light was not operating and I thought it was gonna be LED light, which is about $1200 but it turned out. It was just a loose wire thank you Fairway Chevy for repairing my truck.

When I purchased the car, it was shared that the car would be washed every time I bring it in for service. On my first service appointment, the service team said they wouldn’t wash the car because it is black and they don’t like to put it through a car wash since it leaves marks. I take the car through the car wash on my own and it seems to be fine.

I found the GMC Denali Sierra-1500 we were looking for online and contacted Mitch Czech-Sales. On my way home, I noticed that the repair had not been done and called the dealership immediately. Now I have to wait another 10 days to get it back in for them to further diagnose the problem. What a waste of time and money! I am frustrated!

Had oil change and was shown the cabin filter and air filter that needed to be changed. All work was completed in a timely fashion.

I purchased my 2026 traverse in February and in May the fin that covers my antenna was missing. We called the dealership they scheduled an appointment, took some pictures, and handled everything else. They called us back to let us know we could come in and have it repaired. While they replaced the fin we had them do an oil change and tire rotation. We were impressed with the minimal time we had to spend at the dealership. We brought our child and were able to occupy her with the children’s room and we loved that. We appreciate the customer service and how well things were just handled for us!

The staff in the service department was great . Would like to have had the DEF fluid tank filled included in the free first service .

The entire process from beginning to end was easy with no pressure.

The employees are all very professional and helpful although the sound system quit working again the next day. Will have to return to have it looked at again. The sound system has worked about half of the time since I bought the truck. Not very happy with this purchase. This is the third truck I’ve bought here and have never been so disappointed
